בחופה שיוויונית יש מקום שווה ומכבד לכלה ולחתן, בהתאם לעולם הערכים המודרני. הטקס מתקיים על הרצף שבין מסורת לחידוש, עם מקום לבחירות אישיות של הזוג, כך שעולמם הפנימי והתרבותי יבוא לידי ביטוי הולם.
בתהליך ההכנה לקראת החופה מתבררות גם שאלות של מעמד משפטי של הזוגיות וניתן מענה לאתגרים העומדים בפני מי שאינם רוצים לשתף פעולה עם מוסד הרבנות הראשית בישראל.

נדע להתגבר על ימים קשים ולמצוא את הכוח להבין ולסלוח. להיות מודעים למשותף ולשונה, למפריד ולמאחד ולעמוד זו לצד זה. נשאף להיות ערים ופתוחים זה לצרכי זו, ולהגיע להגשמה הדדית של צרכי הרגש והשכל, הגוף והנפש. שנחזק איש את רעהו ונתחזק באהבתנו.

Thank you so much for your warmhearted, supportive and energizing guidance . The way you prepared us and helped us to plan and design our wedding, made us process this important event of our life in a very deep and joyful way.
We and all our local guests, as well as the friends and family members on the international livestream, whether religious (traditional, reform or orthodox) or faraway from religion - enjoyed and appreciated the special ceremony. The way you led us and our guests through the most meaningful parts of the Huppa with the perfect balance of English and Hebrew explanations, with humor and seriousity through our very personal creative designed Ketubah - was convincing and moving for all of us. Having Ayala as our rabbi was one of the most precious things about our wedding weekend. She is one of those rare human beings who radiates a wise, warm, loving presence, and inspires those feelings in others. She commands.
attention clearly and with grace; people want to listen to what she has to say. There are two particularly memorable moments that demonstrate this. When Ayala was doing the Shabbat blessings on Friday evening, I remember looking around at our guests (80 ppl) and they were all rapt with attention; her words seemed to bring a sense of calm and presence to the gathering.
Several of our guests, both Jewish and non-Jewish, told me that Ayala helped them feel a deep connection to the moment. It was unbelievable. Many of our guests have since told me that it was the most meaningful wedding ceremony that they have ever witnessed.
A particularly memorable moment came when my husband and I realized during the ceremony that our siblings did not have our rings. I felt panicked but Ayala was so comfortable and calm under pressure; I think she said something funny that put everyone at ease, and then she seamlessly transitioned to talking about some meaningful aspect of the ceremony while the rings were found. She transformed what could have been a minor disaster into a charming interlude. We are eternally grateful to Ayala for these moments and all of the others; I cannot imagine entrusting this role to anyone else.
